Discharge

I always have a lot of mucus/discharge constantly flowing out whether I use the bathroom or not. Today when I went & wiped it was the most I've ever seen on my toilet paper. But it had a green tint to it. Could there be something wrong? Has anyone else had this? I'm also 37 weeks pregnant. I'll be asking my dr at my next appointment but wondered if anyone else had this too & if you knew why.
