Question for you guys

Can increased thirstiness be a pregnancy symptom? I'm on month 2 ttc, and I am currently 9DPO. today my mouth felt so dry even though I drank like 3-4 full bottles of water within about 6 hours! and I still felt like I needed to drink more and more. It was like I couldn't get enough. Thanks you guys
