Is it possible for this relationship to stay strong when my boyfriend smokes weed but I don't?

So, my boyfriend is 26 and he is really sweet. I will be 23 next month. Anyway, he smokes weed with his friends and I don't. I don't have any problem with him smoking weed except for the fact that I don't want to see him get in trouble with the law. He seems the same to me and I love him and he loves me. We have been dating about a month by the way.

As long as he doesn't spend ALL of his money on weed or is sitting on a couch all day just smoking, it shouldn't be a problem. 
Just make sure he's responsible and productive.

My SO smokes everyday. I don't, and we have an almost 2 yr old boy and I'm 22 weeks pregnant with our second boy and it doesnt affect our relationship at all. We've been together for 6 years and are still very inlove :) shouldn't be a problem if he doesn't spend all his money on it and doesn't sit around all day..goodluck

My old bf did and we would figh All the time and it would about weed... So it didn't work for us..

If you're fine with him smoking then there won't be a problem. Weed isn't hard core drug in my eyes people don't get addicted or cracked out from it maybe they'll get the munchies or knock out but that's the worst that'll happen. Medical marijuana is legal in 23 states so I don't see a huge risk of him getting in trouble with the law unless he does it in from of a cop. If you're happy with him that shouldn't matter especially since he's the same with you high vs sober

It just depends how big of a deal it is to him. My daughters father smoked weed all day every day he was always spending all his money on it then trying to get more. Eventually he moved on to coke. If it's just a recreational thing he does for fun and you don't care it shouldn't be an issue unless you change your mind and decide it bothers you or he starts spending all his time and money on it.
