Crazy burping!

Ok so this is my second month ttc with dh- it is also my second month off of bc. I was on bc for 8 years and came off in the beginning of September. Last month I had crazy symptoms that I totally thought I was prego- but I think it was all my hormones from coming off of bc. Now I am between 4-8 dpo- app says 4 but I had the most ewm and also a high temp about 7 dpo. For the last few days I have had very sensitive nipple and uncontrolled burping! I never have either!!! Did anyone have increased burping in very early pregnancy? I'm talking like I can wake up and start burping and it continues alllll day!!
