Is this finally it?!?!?
I've been feeling period-like cramps since around 11pm with some intermittent tightening in my abdomen that comes and goes. The pain fluctuates between being hard to breathe and just uncomfortable when I get that tightening sensation, but so far isn't coming with any regularity. I'm 40+4, any chance this is the start of things???
