I have been having sex everyday until today he did not want so I masturbate. I am sitting in the bathtub at 2:44 AM because I got woken up by terrible cramps that I thought would go away. I masturbate like 6 hours ago and the cramps are killing me. I also feel like I have a bowel movement but nothing comes out. Any advice?!?! Is it serious?
