First appointment was HELL!!!!!

I was pretty much in and out within five minutes. I asked to hear the baby's heart beat and get the baby's measurements and I was told I'm not that far along. I'm 10 weeks and one day, really?!?!? He said, " well your not cramping, no bleeding or morning sickness your good. See you in 3 weeks" the only thing he order was blood work to make sure my levels are doubling. Anybody else had a bad experience?
