HELP! Daylight savings and the pill
In England, our clocks have give forward an hour due to daylight savings. I used to take my birth control pill everyday at 9pm. Stupidly, I forgot about the clocks so I've still been taking it at 9pm the past week although I should be now taking it at 10. Is my pill still effective although I've been taking an hour early everyday this week? Thank you!
