HOMELESS
My friend is homeless and I have no idea how to help her I'm 19 I stay on campus in a different city. She asked me to ask my mom and due to the fact she's moving out and getting a divorce the answer was no unfortunately I'm trying to do research or section 8 to help her but I have absolutely no idea how. Can anyone give suggestions on financial assistance or something
