What is happening???? HELP!

Hi. Um there's this weird pimple thing on my vagina and I don't know what to do. I'm 13 and I've never had sex so that would have nothing to do with it. Please Help!

It kinda hurts if I try to like not squeeze it but pinch it slightly and it has kind of like a white/yellowish puss kinda colour on the top. Everything else is normal and I got off my period two weeks ago if that's any help! Thabks to all the answers!

It can be a pimple or an ingrown hair, even if you don't shave. DO NOT POP IT. If you do, make sure you're clean and do it when you're able to not wear anything for a while. Because if you pop it and then put on clothes and go about your day it will get worse since it's a warm and moist area. And you could end up getting it infected.

Probably just a pimple. I've had a similar thing twice down there. Just don't touch it or squeeze it and it will go away in a few weeks.
