Baby aspirin

So I was diagnosed with a blood clotting gene(never heard of it before) lol and also, my body doesn't take insulin take like it's supposed too, I did a glucose test, the results are supposed to be in 20-30s and mine was in the 50s, so I can no longer have sugar. My doctor mentioned, taking baby aspirin. I am also ttc. I have no idea, what to do or think, so I'm hoping someone on here, has some sort of relation to what I'm going through and would give me some advice and tips. I was also given the option of clomid, after ttc of 1 year, I previously just had 3 miscarriages.
