What should I do?

Lately my right boob has been feeling very heavy and occasionally hurts like crazy. Sometimes my nipple feels like it's burning and its bled a couple times (very little). There is also a red spot on my breast that I thought would go away by now but it's still there. Is all of this normal? I've also had a mole on my boob that I was told to check out a couple years ago but put off. Now it is scaly itches a lot and seems to be getting smaller. I'm scared something might actually be wrong. Just kind of need some advice on what to do.
