Need to vent: WEIGHT

So I went to the dr this morning and she said I've gained too much! I'm 24w6days and I'm up 16 pounds. Starting weight was 124 now I'm 140. I got emotional bc I felt like i was doing good 😢 I'm 5'1 and have a petite frame everybody says I look great and all belly.. But that made me feel bad
