So I'm about 8 days after AF and I've been getting sharp AF-like cramps like once an hour. They only last like 2 seconds though and they're in my uterus not on the sides. Then I'll feel naseous when I eat.

And this sounds weird but the inside of my vag (by my former hymen) is itchy. Could it be from cum? I'm married and faithful and its not an STD... We've been TTC for 4 months and i know I ovulate days 14-16. Any idea?

Sounds like yeast, it's very itchy and annoying, try and get a hand held mirror and take a look. On the inside of the labias if you see a pale-string white, cottage cheese looking type 'rash' then it's yeast, it can cause the pain you describe too. It's not fun but can be cleared up in 7 days or less with the right meds.
