Mini Me?

I'm 23 & my husband is 26. We've been married for 2 years now & still no babies! We don't use condoms & we have sex about 10 or 11 times a month but I've never gotten pregnant.  My doctor says maybe it's not my time yet. I have a scar from a surgery on my stomach, could scar tissue be preventing my pregnancy? I'm just lost and confused!
