Iud Removal Pregnancy

I had my paragard (no hormone) iud out 3 days ago and would have ovulated one and a half weeks ago. Im due for my period today but the last three days my boobs have been super sore. It could just be my period coming but my breasts have never been this sore before. I took a hpt and it was negative. Any chance that my egg was fertilized while a had the iud and the iud was stopping it from implanting and now the iud is out it could implant and get me pregnant? Has anyone had something similar happen? My period hasnt come yet but its due today. I just cant explain why my breasts are this sore. Its never ever happened before. Help!
