Pain after Orgasm!

I've been having pains after an orgasm for over month just on my left lower side. I'm 20 & never been pregnant before but I've been on birth control & anti depressants in the past could those cause this pain? I've also had lots of cysts before and they told me they would go away. But the cyst never caused pain after an Orgasm so I'm just wondering if anyone has the same problem?
