Beer at baby shower?????

I'm doing my own baby shower I'm a FTM so I'm not sure if I should purchase beer  I'm having approximately  60 people it's from 1 pm to 7 pm so I was thinking  to buy 3  24 packs something limited

Beer for sure if it's coed. A shower that long and that time of day I'd have beer, wine, pop, and a punch or lemonade

Definitely but you'll need a lot more than 3 24 packs unless you put byob. Especially for a 6 hr party id either have a keg or several packs along with several bottles of wine. We're inviting 130 people for open house style BBQ for three hours and obviously many people won't drink but plan on the ones who do drinking 2-3 drinks an hour

We're doing a baby BBQ but I told people it's BYOB. I'm providing food and everything else and not expecting gifts at all, so I'm not providing alcohol too

My shower will be 1-4, and also co-ed. Beer for the guys and champagne for the women. Probably will last longer than 4pm but i think especially if there are men there that it is totally fine. Your good girl

We had a coed shower for my fiances side of the family/his friends and we bought beer for the guys. And then for the girls we bought lime-a-ritas. We even had spiked punch and then of course unspiked punch for me. It was a long shower 12-7.
