Ovulation spotting !?

This is the third month 
​In my 14 or 15 day of my cycle there is a blood in my CM first 2 times i went to a doctor and he did not finde anything wrong but both times he said there is an egg and maybe you are pregnant but AF came both time do you think this blood is related to ovulation ?
