Morning sickness

I'm 7 weeks today and I have yet to experience morning sickness. No I'm definitely not complaining but just want to make sure everything is still ok. I swear sometimes I wake up and wonder if I'm still pregnant (as silly as that sounds). I get nauseous every once in awhile and sometimes after I eat but nothing like others talk about. Is it just me? My breast are very tender and I'm fatigued more than normal but no morning sickness "/
