Rape?
I was at a party last night, I'm only 17, but everyone was drinking. I don't remember drinking much but I also don't remember most of the night except for this one guy not leaving me alone and being really creepy and clingy. At one point I remember not being able to move or talk much, but he was trying to have sex with me and I couldn't tell him to stop so he did it. I told my friends about this the next day and I was told that it's my fault because I didn't move and because I was drunk. And they said that it can't be rape because he was hot. I just wanted to tell someone what happened but they're saying it's my fault and I should be grateful that he wanted me. Is it not considered rape because I was too drunk to stop him?
