Need Advice. 7 weeks pregnant

I am 7 weeks pregnant and I'm Alittle worried. In January I miscarried than febuary I got pregnant again and I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant. The baby had a heart beat at 6 weeks 2 days and at 7 weeks my hcg is in the 30,000 the baby heart beat is 133 beats per minute and here is a ultrasound photo does this mean I'll probably have a succesful pregnacy ? I'm just so worried
