Ovulation pain?

I feel like my hip is being separated at the joint. It gets worse when I stand or walk. I am ovulation today per bbt, opk, and glow. Do any of yall get ovulation pain? Please comment if yes and explain severity. Also, any fertility friendly remedies would be super helpful. Thank you for your help.
