Period is 16 days late

Hello

Im new to this but...

Im 16 days late my period usually stars on the 20 or the 25 my cycle is 33 days...

NO I HAVEN'T TAKEN A TEST .

Cause i don wanna get my hopes up..

I feel sick hungry buy not i feel nauseous I feel like I want to throwing up... Do you know when you have that feeling when you know something is wrong and you're not just has like this 180 turn that's what mine feels like any suggestions what it could be or maybe I'm just overthinking it...
