Gush of fluid- not my water

Im 19 weeks with didi twin boys and had my first scare today.  Got out of the car after driving home from work and my underwear and pants were pretty wet.  Doc wanted me to head straight to the office.  Both heartbeats were strong and test was negative for amnionic fluid thank god.  Said with twins it's more common to get these "bladder bursts" and said I won't be able to tell the difference between these bursts and actual fluid... Anyone else have this happen?? So relieved it wasn't fluid but now I have to worry about peeing my pants at any point in time... Oh the joys of pregnancy
