Can I get pregnant from having sex the last day of my period?

Me and my boyfriend had sex on the last day of my period which was on Saturday and was protected. But then when he ejaculated i took the condom off and I gave him a blowjob. Which led to me riding him for about 2 seconds or so unprotected. I'm just wondering is there a possibility I could get pregnant from this?

General rule:
28-32+ day cycle: 6 days safe from start of period
24-28 day cycle: 5 days safe
Less that 24 days: 0 days safe at beginning of cycle.

Then comes in the complexity of cervix, mucous, and sensation checks as well as BBT.

But you CAN get pregnant at any time in your cycle due to the fact that there is a *rare* chance of a wandering ovulation.

I use NFP to avoid pregnancy, know exactly when I'm fertile, and have been practicing 9-10 months and only had 1 scare when my cycle was randomly 32 days instead of 28.
