Allergy Remedies?

My seasonal allergies are kicking in hard & I need some relief! My allergies cause me to have severe headaches for days at a time & that leads me to not be able to eat or keep food that I have eaten, from coming back up. I can't do the Nettie Pot due to breaking my nose last year. Does anyone know of a safe remedy or medicine to take? I see a midwife & she is not interested in helping me find a suitable medicine.
