Clomid question?

My doctor prescribed clomid this cycle, she gave me 100mg, i start taking it on day 5 of my cycle. I did 50 mg last year and i took one pill daily. Now with this one the pills are 50mg but on the bottle it says to take two daily there is only 5 pills in the bottle so i only take it for two days? I was just wondering if any of you girls took clomid like this?
