Nipple-dry skin

For a while now I've had eczema from stress all over my arms and thighs/eye lid- I've also had dry flakey skin on one of my nipples,I have put cream on it but still no difference,it's itchy too. It stings so much if I itch it as the skin flakes fall off I have no idea why or what the causes are SOMEONE HELP😞
