Juicing for weight loss???
Hey lovelies.... So today I said I was going to start juicing to help me loose weight and get more fit and healthier while I work out... Any advice on jump starting and maintaining? How many days should I juice? Should I just use as a meal replacement for bfast and lunch? Any tips and ideas would be very much appreciated ☺️ cuz nothing else seem to help me stop pounds. I've been more active since January and I look smaller and my clothes are loose but of course the scale just isn't moving 🙄😒😢 (SN: I have thyroid issues so I kno that makes me frustrated too)
