Ovulation?

New to charting as first month off BC. Do you think I've ovulated? I'm just getting used to all the charting and not sure if it actually occurred? My symptoms certainly seem that way however. Having been on BC for longer than I've not been on it (over 18 years) I know no different as to what is normal symptoms that aren't created by chemicals in the pill! My concern was being on BC for so long my cycle would take ages to return to its natural state, but perhaps not. Appreciate any input!
