What does it mean when you have an LH surge for over 7 days now. On the 4th day of the surge I started having severe cramping and still have it. I'm now on day 7 of a positive LH SURGE. I'm still cramping, what does that mean? We have Unknown infertility, and recurrent pregnancy loss. This cycle w used a Diva Cup after intercourse to keep the sperm up there. Lol then we used "The Stork" on April 1st, it was awkward, but hopefully effective. We have been ttc for 2 years now.
