Please help im in so much pain!!!!

Today is my 5th day on my period and i started getting it heavy yesterday (with clogs at times) to the point where i had to change my pad 3x in less than 1 hour, i have 1 fibroid in between my uterine wall (out side my uterus) , the pain that i feel is sharp stabbing pain all over my stomach from 1 to 10 scale i would say a 8 when im on my feet & i need to bend down and walk slowly and OMG!!! When i sit down my anus hurt it seems im always in pain, when i use the bathroom & push to pee and or try to have a bowel movement the pain feels like into contractions.. i dunno what to do my OBGYN subscribe me some Ibprofin 600mg i supposed to take 1 every 4hrs as needed but i drink 2 to 3 bc the pain it's terrible i could cry the pills worked for me last months but this month NOTHING!!! I dunno if i should go to the Emergency Room?? I am a mom im 29 and weight 116lb ugh!!! Any help?
