"Babymoons"??

My husband and I are looking to take a mini-vaca over the summer before the baby gets here. We normally go to a little island in Mexico, but obviously can't due to the Zika outbreak. Seems like anywhere outside the country is off limits! We're looking for anywhere close to NY with a beach. Where have and of you traveled/plan to travel that you've loved??

If you want to go to NY near a beach, stay on Long Island on the east end near Riverhead. They have nice beaches there and fun festivities throughout the summer at the local farms. If you pay a little more you could go towards the hamptons but in summer it's pricy. Also the trains are easy to hop on and head to the city if you want to go there

I am still gonna do cabo with the right percausions my ib said its ok he said this virus has been around forever ... I just looked up the cdc about mosquito repellents ... I'm also buying a net for the bed ... I'm pretty confident it's ok

We went to Cancun last time and I'm pregnant again - we try to use everything as an excuse but this time we're going to France
I think Myrtle Beach could be fun if thats not toooo far away for you but my advice would be California, I know way too far away from NY but you should really enjoy your babymoon.
