17.3 pregnant with Anxiety/Panic Disorder
I am trying so hard to not let this illness defeat me and ruin this very special process. It is so hard. No one around me understands :/ I'm off all my meds of course but I wouldn't have it any other way. Anyone suffering with this and have any coping mechanisms?
