First and Second pregnancy

What differences did you experience from your first to second pregnancy? My first I just knew I was pregnant cause I couldn't drink mtn dew bi also was able to find out a week before my period was suppose to start. Not sure yet if I'm pregnant or not, but I've been testing every day AF is suppose to arrive 4/9 and I'm constantly getting randomly sick. We used ovulation kits to determine ovulation on 3/25. Also when do you think I should test? If conception was to occur I feel like 2 weeks isn't enough time to get a BFP
