How to stay healthy?
I'm in my first trimester (8weeks) and I am having a hard time eating anything healthy: fresh fruit, veggies, protein. It's not that I want unhealthy food, I am just so nauseous all the time that NOTHING sounds good. This morning/late afternoon I ate one celery stalk, 1/2 a rice cake with peanut butter and a cutie. My husband got me some green drinks/juice and just the smell alone made me gag. I want to get some healthy stuff in my body but it's so hard while feeling nauseous all the time. Any tips? Any ideas? I want to stay healthy and I also want my baby to be healthy especially right now since their development and growth is so crucial. Help me 😔
