Only child or do children need siblings?

If you only have one child... Do you think it's better for them to have a sibling to grow up with or do you think it's not really an issue...

I have to sisters. I am 25, sisters are 13 and 4. Oh I wish I had more sisters and closer in age too... I was lonely a lot and if I had a sister or brother closer in age it would be so much better... I just had a baby girl 3 month ago and we for sure want to have more kids with about 3 year difference (I want to take time to heal to be able to have a healthy pregnancies in future, otherwise I would pop babies every 9month til I have 5 of them lol)
