Lump above my vagina!

About a month ago I got 2 lumps where my ovaries are "supposedly" are. I went to the doctor he felt them and said I had an infection on my ovaries and and gave me anitbiotics. 

(Literally I said) but they didn't go away they aren't tender or anything but there big hard lumps. I've also had tenderness on my vagina, also with itching. I've been so queezy and been very light headed and very over emotional... If anyone had ANY idea what this could be please help. I know I need medical advice but the doctors aren't helping and I'm getting worried. Thanks ladies!
