Has anyone's gender ultrasound been wrong?

Question

I paid for an early gender ultrasound at 17 weeks and the tech said girl. Announced to family and friends and what not. Went to my anatomy scan for my ob and the tech asked if I knew what I was having and I said yes a girl. She looked and me and the screen a few times and finally said I hope you didn't buy too much pink because she is actually a HE. My first reaction was "what?!?!" I mean for the past 7 some odd weeks I thought my baby was a girl,baby invited were sent out. I'm still happy but still in shock.

That's crazy at 17 weeks our boy had a very noticeable penis and showed us many times that he had one.

I waited until 20 weeks because that's when everything is clear enough to tell, I also had another scan at 22 weeks and it came back the same.. 
We are expecting a baby girl in July

They told me a boy at 15 weeks then at 20 it was a girl. It was an adjustment after thinking it's one gender for so long!

At 16 or 17 weeks I paid for a 3D ultrasound and invited the grandparents to the appointment for the gender reveal. The sonographer said it was a girl within three minutes of the ultrasound. Several weeks later I went to the anatomy scan and the sonographer said boy. Of course I went back to the 3D ultrasound company and they did another ultrasound to prove they were wrong and gave me a refund. I didn't care what the gender was either way but I am extremely happy to be having a boy. I have two little nephews so it will work out great. I have heard that if they do predict the wrong gender it is more likely for them to say girl when it is in fact a boy. I was also told when they tell you the gender it is a very educated prediction. They can never tell you they are 100% sure.

Well at 17 weeks it's pretty accurate. That looks like a girl to me. Looks like two different sonograms. How strange!

We went at 15 weeks and baby had a penis, at our 20 week anatomy scan with our ob baby still had a penis.

Not me but my cousin who is only 4 weeks ahead of me. She went at 15 &17 weeks and the tech told her girl both times. So they did a gender reveal for the family. Went back at 21 weeks and it was clearly a boy, like so clear I don't know how they could have gotten it wrong at 17 weeks especially

Idk yours does look like a head of a penis .. A girl is three lines .
