How long did you take the prenatal vitamins?

Hi girls, i am trying to concieve since a year ago and i took my vitamins for the first 3 months when i started.. But then i stoped. Should i continue taking then everyday until i become pregnant? Or not anymore? How do you calculate 3 months before? I think its too dificult to know that and a bit expensive to take them everyday for more than a year.. I would like to read some advise or expierences. Thanks!

I started taking them in October, and conceived the week of Christmas. Unfortunately I miscarried at 12 weeks 2 days. I never stopped taking my vitamins. My hair and skin look amazing! The vitamins are worth every penny! I take rainbow light Prental One + rainbow light dha smart essentials.

I was taking them everyday when we first started TTC by then stopped after about a year because I was so discouraged. It's been almost 5yrs. I took it on and off throughout the years.

Recently, we saw a fertility specialist and he told me to get right back on it and don't skip a day. I know it's hard and expensive but stay with it.

I've been taking folic acid for about 8 months now which is how long we have been trying and then continue to take it up until 30 weeks pregnant

They really aren't more expense than regular vitamins and they are actually really good to take even if your not trying to get pregnate. I take natures made its a once a day pill 12 bucks for 3 months not to bad.

I would only take multi vits if I am preg and getting morning sickness and struggling to eat well.
Generally I don't believe in multi vits, you should eat a good balanced diet throughout ttc so therefore no need for them.
The only suppliment I'm taking while ttc is folic acid.
