I got faint lines

I got faint lines a few days ago, but then me and my boyfriend had sex. After sex I noticed that when I wiped there was blood. A day later I passed a blood clot, just one and I haven't pasted anymore. I still feel nauseated and my smell is very strong, but my boobs aren't sore, do you think I may have had a miscarriage? I need some advice!
