Does your husband tell you these things

Idk if im over exaggerating but im newly engaged and were moving together and ive been having trouble getting my fiance to tell me about things we get into full argument about it he wont let me know when he's running late , he applied for school an hour away spends money on different things we didn't disscuss nd now i just found out he decided to keep his job an hour away and add on more hours when i just switched my schedule to work with his nd he said he would get a job here. He says he shouldnt have to tell me his every move but im annoyed
