Should i be concerned?

My bladder seems to fill up quickly. Im 14w&2d and sometimes it feels a bit heavy and when i go to the restroom, its so little urine 😕 does this happened to anyone else??? (Btw my last pregnancy, i felt pressure and false bathroom breaks a week before i went into preterm labor at 21weeks 😢) so that's why im freaking out. My doctors appointment is two weeks away..

Don't worry! It's a very common thing that you have to go to the toilet often, but you can work on that.

I used to pee every 30 minutes and thought it just came with the "job". My doctor (it came up because I had to pee again lol) told me that an average person has to go 8 times a day, and that going a little more often is okay (like 10 to 12 times a day), but you have to look out for your body getting used to "go" that often.

When you are pregnant your bladder gets a little pressure so your body gives a signal earlier. But if your body gets used to give a signal every time it gets like 20% full, it will continue to give that signal after birth. So the advice I got was to try to wait 2 hours every time (this is also good for your training your pelvic floor muscles). If you have to go more often you have to imagine to pee the minimum of one big glass. Is it less? You went to early and next time you know you need to wait a little longer. Honestly, it worked for me and I now have to go to the toilet far less than the beginning of my pregnancy (32 weeks). Good luck!

I've been like this since about how far you are now (24 weeks now) and so far everything's been fine with me. Sometimes I pee and 5 minutes later feel like I need to pee again and it'll be a tiny bit. I think maybe they baby is squishing my bladder or something but i don't think you should be alarmed. But if you are just call your doc to be safe!
