22 weeks pregnant

I am 22 weeks pregnant the other day me and my fiance were having sex and it was so painful so we had to stop then later on that day i started feeling nauseous and not myself like something was wrong could there be something wrong I didn't know it it was normal this is my second child I didn't have no trouble with first one like I am with this one could use some advice thank you.
