Men And Their Emotions 🤔 Helpppp 😩

How do you deal with a guy where he puts up a brick wall of emotions because of the hard life he has been in .? 😑 He said he puts up a big wall to avoid getting hurt . How would you get him to express his feelings more openly .? No he was not raped or molested or anything like that but from what he told me (when he wanted to open up) it sounded pretty fckn rough what he went through . He has this Idgaf cold hearted attitude with his emotions and cuts everyone off especially family . What would you guys do to get him to open up .? Comment please because I need some serious advice 😪  I'd like to go about it without it seeming like I'm badgering him lol 😁  Thanks in advance ☯
