Fluid around baby's heart

So my doctor has been monitoring some fluid around my baby's heart, he did say that it's a little over where it should be but he's not too worried about it. He is still sending me to another OB/ heart specialist for a second opinion though. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I really not worry since my doc said it's just a little over? Has anyone gotten this news and given birth to a healthy baby? I am a little worried here.
