HELP!! Alcohol and breastfeeding!!!
Ok ladies, I have a one month old baby and I breastfeed and bottle feed her only breast milk. I really would like to have a night out with girl friends and enjoy a drink or two. How many of you drank one or two drinks while breastfeeding? Or is that a huge no no?
