Signs of Pregnancy

I have some signs to make me feel tht i might pregnant. Tomorrow Its only been 1 wk and 2 days. I know some women tht cld tell like kinda a cpl of days rite after. But this just feels weird and they are the symptoms from my 1st child but i took a test they both came out negative. My question is do i need to wait another week or two???? My symptoms are headaches pain in my breast always tired and also nausea and very forgetting alot of things. Thank you for your advice
