Question about work
I need some advice girls!
I work in clinical trials so am on shift work - I could be on an early (7am-3pm) or a late (1pm-9pm). There are 4 of us in the team and we are all ladies. I'll refer to them as W X Y and Z. W has been working here for over a year, X and Y have been here for 6 months, and Z has been here for 3 months.
In the last 4 weeks, W has worked 1 weekend early shift, X has worked 7, Y has worked 6, and Z has worked 2. Is there any circumstances where you would say this is acceptable?
